Introducing the Mastery Portal
The Mastery Portal is here and it is now live in your CRM header bar. This is the new central hub for everything you need inside Max Methodology, from updates and training to onboarding and support. Instead of hunting through different places to find what you need, you now have one home base.

Your one stop shop in the header bar
You will find the Mastery Portal right in the CRM header bar. Think of it as the front door to the platform. Updates, training, onboarding, and support all live in one spot, so you always know where to look first.
A homepage built for the latest updates
The homepage surfaces the most current information the moment you log in. This is where new information gets posted first, including:
Feature releases
Product updates
Facebook group announcements
General company announcements
Blog post updates
If you want to stay current on what is happening inside the platform, the homepage is your starting point.
Training and onboarding in one place
New accounts can now complete onboarding directly inside the portal. Any assigned to-dos will show up here, along with onboarding resources to help you get up and running.
The training library replaces the old Kickstart course and pulls everything into one consolidated home. That includes training that used to live across:
The Facebook group
Email newsletters
YouTube training sessions
More videos and resources will be added over time, so the library will keep growing.
Short, searchable videos built for action
The training library is designed to be easy to search. Every video is action-oriented and focused on helping you complete one specific task, and every video runs under 10 minutes. When you are stuck on something in the moment, you can jump straight to the exact help you need without sitting through a long course.
Submit and track requests in one place
The portal includes a dedicated area to submit and track requests, including:
Support requests
Feature requests
Paid project requests
To submit one, click the relevant option, fill out the form, and add supporting details like a Loom or a screenshot. Once it is submitted, you can track the status of your request right inside the portal.
Stay in the loop on progress
Every request has its own feed where updates get posted, and you can leave comments directly in the thread. You will also receive email notifications when a status changes or a new update is added. Everything stays organized in one place instead of buried in your inbox.

If the portal does not show up right away, refresh the page, then clear your cache and cookies. You can also make the portal your own, including switching over to dark mode.
